Come 2020, Tame Impala will be touring new album The Slow Rush and they will be touring it hard.

In addition to three earlier dates announced in November, Kevin Parker and company have now unveiled a 23 date North American tour.

From May until August, Tame Impala will be touring the US while also making forays north of the border to Toronto and Montreal.

The tour will culminate with a final show at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Grant County Washington.

Throughout these dates, the band will be supported by Perfume Genius.

It is unclear where Tame Impala will be heading after this but a European tour would not be an impossibility.

Tickets for these US and Candian shows will be on sale Dec 13.

The news follows the recent release of third Slow Rush single ‘Posthumous Forgiveness‘.
