Paul McCartney Announces 2020 European Tour Dates

Before headlining Glastonbury Festival for the event’s 50th anniversary in 2020, Paul McCartney will be ‘freshening up’ with a two month European tour.

From May to June next year, the former Beatle will be traveling across the continent as a continuation of his imaginatively titled ‘Freshen Up Tour’ which first kicked off in September 2018.

The series of concerts will kick off in France before McCartney will travel through the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Spain, and Belgium.

His grand finale will then be, of course, Glastonbury Festival itself.

Paul McCartney’s appearance at Glastonbury, while well-received, has not been without criticism.

A recent opinion piece written for The Guardian noted that Paul McCartney’s set hasn’t changed all that much since he last appeared at the event in 2004.

This may just have to be something left up to the fans to decide.

Paul has also recently released two new songs.
